Now as owner and partner of Vylla Home South Jersey, Giuliana's achievements include working with her family on buying and selling properties, renovating homes, and collaborating with builders to create new and unique construction projects.

Her sharp negotiating skills, marketing expertise, and strategic planning have contributed to a sterling track record at every price point, from introductory condominiums to multi-million-dollar properties. Furthermore, her command of interior design and historic preservation affords a unique advantage when advising buyers and sellers alike.

When it comes to South Jersey real estate, Giuliana admires the city’s landscape and how it interacts with its architecture.
